What is the Midnight Manor? It is a huge manor, much like the hotel california from the song, which once entered you can never leave. Trapped in time for eternity. Full of strange rooms that do fascinating things. And yes as soon as you step foot into the manor, your room has been prepared and awaits you. How do you find the manor? You don't, it finds you. The magical source of the manor's power chooses to open a portal through time and space, and chooses you for some unknown reason, and you are then drawn to the manor, seduced into stepping through the iron gates into the courtyard, and then trapped within those iron gates for eternity. For even if you die, the next time the clock in the tower strikes midnight you awake in your bed in your room, alive and whole once again. How do you survive in a place like this? It's not a question of if you will die. It's more how you will die next.
